Our main headquarters houses our administrative and managerial staff. Customer service related inquiries are usually handled out of this location.
Our satellite offices have a dispatcher
and courier staff on hand. Pickup requests in the vicinity of each office are handled in a more efficient manner due to our proximity to our customers. Given the number of offices we have in New York
City, we are able to handle the high volume of pickup and delivery requests on a daily basis with minimal conflicts.
